I'm going to give the pharmacist a call about the medication. I'm going to say "oh, I had this one that you take for the nausea...".
I have a very bad stomach. I can't take it on an empty stomach or with the medication because I have nausea. So, I'm just wondering if anyone has this for me.
Also, I'm using this for my first trimester and I don't want to get pregnant until the end of the trimester. My stomach is fine, but I feel so bad for it. The only thing I can do is to just take the pills and it'll be okay, but I'm not sure if I can take this medication for a longer time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I take this for the nausea. I was prescribed the "gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) drug Nexium".
It's been my go to drug for the last 7 yrs and the nausea is gone. I am not sure if it's the medication that is causing the nausea or something else, but I feel bad for my stomach. Anyhow, I have a stomach that's upset and when I'm in the bathroom, the water is still in the drain. I take a Nexium, which works great and the nausea subsides, but it's been like having a heart attack for the last 6 months.
I'm not sure if I should take the medication. My stomach is fine but I feel so bad for it. I have GERD, but nothing else has happened. I think it's some kind of medication.
I know this is very difficult to tell, but maybe it's something else.

I'm on this medication for the nausea (I take it for the nausea). I have frequent heartburn and I also take it for the acid reflux. I have GERD (acid reflux disease), and I'm on it for about 4 months. I take a Nexium. The nausea subsides. I also take a magnesium carbonate (another acid reflux drug).
I have a stomach that is very upset, but the only thing I do is to take it on an empty stomach. I can take it for about 1 to 2 hours, but it's not the best way to take it for the first day of my cycle. I feel so bad for my stomach. I'm not sure if this is some kind of a medication or something else. Anyhow, I'm trying to figure out what's causing it. Anyways, I'm feeling great, so feel free to drop off your prescription. I'll get to it.

I had GERD (acid reflux) for several years. It's been my last drug for the last 6 yrs. I have GERD and I take it for about 4 months. I take Nexium and my stomach is fine.

What is Reflux?
Reflux is the backflow of acid from the stomach into the gullet (“foodpipe”) which may become inflamed and painful. This may cause you symptoms such as a painful sensation in the chest rising up to your throat (heartburn) and a sour taste in the mouth (acid regurgitation).
Do I get instant relief from taking a Nexium tablet?
Nexium Control is not meant to bring immediate relief. You may need to take the tablets for 2-3 days in a row before you feel better. You must talk to a doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 14 days.
How much to take• The recommended dose is one tablet a day. • Do not take more than this recommended dose of one tablet (20 mg) a day, even if you don’t feel an improvement immediately. • You may need to take the tablets for 2 or 3 days in a row before your reflux symptoms (for example, heartburn and acid regurgitation) get better. • The treatment length is up to 14 days. • When your reflux symptoms have completely gone you should stop taking this medicine. • If your reflux symptoms get worse or do not improve after taking this medicine for 14 days in a row, you should consult a doctor. If you have persistent or longstanding, frequently recurring symptoms even after treatment with this medicine, you should contact your doctor. You can message your doctor in the future on up to “1” or “10” orders for once a day, seven day treatments (20 mg/day) a day.
How to take• • Take this medicine on an empty stomach if you wantction fast as it can be taken with or without food. If you are taking other medications (esomeprazole, asthma medications, hormonal medications) this medicine may not be suitable when you. • If you miss a dose of Nexium Control talk to your doctor immediately. The missed dose is usually taken in the second instance. • If you are taking other medications, take the dose you missed as soon as possible. If you are missed a dose, skip the missed dose andverejiangst if it is almost time for the next one. • Do not take this medicine after the expiration date stated on the label.
Therapeutic Objects• Nexium Control is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which may be used in the treatment of reflux/heartburn. • Inhaled nitrates (such as glyceryl trinitrate (also used in digoxin treatment of congestive heart failure), often used in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) and some types of seizures, may be used in the treatment of reflux/heartburn. • Inhaled cirrhosis (cold symptoms) and chronic bronchitis (pneumonia) may be used in the treatment of reflux/heartburn.
Use in children• Do not take this medicine if you are under 18 years of age. This medicine should not be taken by children.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
